For loose skin after baby

Veloza™ Sculpt Brief

4.8/538,145 Veloza reviews

You lost the weight. Now your jeans can show it.

The baby weight is gone. The soft, loose skin it left behind isn't. Sculpt holds it flat under your clothes from the moment it's on. No creams. No waiting. No surgery.

  • Holds loose lower-belly skin up and in
  • High waistband sits above the soft spot, so nothing folds over
  • Smooth under jeans, dresses and tucked-in tops

Which size should I choose?

Go by your waist as it is today, not the size you bought before the baby or before the weight came off. Sculpt comes in XS–6XL. The measurements below are the brief laid flat, so it is smaller than your body on purpose: that's the hold. Lots of loose skin? The smaller of two sizes holds firmer. Want more ease? Take the larger one. Not sure? Email us before you order and we'll help you pick.

Will it roll down like my other shapewear?

Most shapewear grips with one tight band at the top. Loose skin pushes against it until it rolls and leaves a ridge. Sculpt spreads the hold across wide crossed panels and finishes in a high, wide waistband that sits above the softest skin. Sit, bend, lift your kid: it stays where you put it. If it does roll, it's usually one size too big.

Will it show under fitted clothes?

Under jeans, dresses, leggings and work clothes you see a smoother line, not the brief. Nude disappears under light colors. Black, Navy and Plum under dark ones. Very thin, clingy fabric can show any edge, so try it with the outfit you have in mind.

WHY IT WORKS ON LOOSE SKIN

You can't crunch away loose skin. You can hold it.

Once the weight is gone, what's left is skin, and skin doesn't answer to diets or workouts. Sculpt doesn't try to change it. It holds it in place, so your outfit sits the way it should.

THE SIDE VIEW

THE SIDE VIEW

Turn sideways. Nothing hangs.

Loose skin shows most from the side: in the mirror, in photos, in a fitted top. Sculpt's high rise holds the lower belly up and in, so your profile runs in one smooth line from waist to hip instead of a soft shelf.

High-rise hold from the hips to above the navel.

THE JEANS TEST

THE JEANS TEST

Your jeans. Your size. The right shape.

You did the work and the scale shows it. Now let your clothes show it too. Sculpt goes under jeans, work pants or a fitted dress and stops loose skin from bulging over the waistband. Pick Nude under light colors, a deeper shade under dark.

Six colors, so one disappears under every outfit.

WHY THE CROSS

WHY THE CROSS

One band rolls. Crossed panels hold.

Ordinary shapewear grips with a single band at the top. Loose skin pushes against it until it rolls down and leaves a ridge. Sculpt's wide panels cross over the lower belly, spread the hold across the whole area and finish in a high, wide waistband. No wrap, no hooks, no Velcro. Pull it on like underwear.

Wide crossed panels, built into the brief.

WHAT YOU'VE PROBABLY TRIED

A belly wrap is made for week one. Not year two.

Postpartum wraps are built for the first weeks of recovery. Under real clothes, months or years later, they bunch, slide and show. Here's the difference.

THE BELLY WRAP
Model wearing a separate beige waist wrap over black underwear

A postpartum belly wrap

  • Worn on top of your underwear, so it adds bulk
  • Velcro panels that dig in when you sit
  • Holds the waist, leaves the lower belly loose
THE SCULPT DESIGN

Veloza™ Sculpt Brief

  • Pulls on like a brief. Nothing to fasten
  • Holds the lower belly, where loose skin actually sits
  • One smooth line from waist to hip, no ridge
Made for now, not for recovery week.

Sculpt is underwear with the hold built in. Wear it to work, to dinner, on the school run: any day you want your clothes to sit right.

THE VELOZA SCULPT

The weight: gone. The loose skin: held. The jeans: on.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

If you've thought one of these, Sculpt is for you.

“I'm back to my pre-baby weight. So why don't my jeans look like it?”
“I tuck my shirt in, look in the mirror, and untuck it again.”
“Everyone says I look great. They haven't seen what's under the shirt.”
“The surgeon said tummy tuck. I'm not done having kids.”

Good to know

Straight answers

What it does, what it doesn't, and how to get the right fit.

What is it made of?

A smooth nylon and spandex knit that stretches on easy and holds firm, with breathable mesh panels in the crossed front. Body: 90% nylon, 10% spandex. Gusset: 100% cotton.

Can I wear it instead of underwear?

Yes. The gusset is lined with 100% cotton, so Sculpt is your underwear, not an extra layer over it.

Do I need to wear it every day?

Only on the days you want the smooth look. It works while you wear it and stops when you take it off: it holds loose skin, it doesn't change it. That's why it comes in packs. One for jeans days, one for work, one in the wash.

Can I sleep in it?

No need. Sculpt is made for daytime, under clothes. It should feel firm, never painful. Take it off if it limits your breathing or movement.

When can I wear it after birth or a C-section?

Sculpt is made for after recovery: when the weight has come off and the loose skin hasn't. If you're still healing, especially from a C-section, ask your midwife or doctor first, and never wear compression over a healing incision.

Is it suitable years after having a baby?

That's exactly who it's for. Loose skin doesn't have an expiry date. Whether your youngest is one or twelve, Sculpt holds the lower belly the same way. It doesn't treat abdominal muscle separation. It smooths what sits on top.

Is this instead of a tummy tuck?

No. A tummy tuck removes skin. Sculpt holds it. If surgery is on your list for later, after the last baby, when the budget is there, when you can stop lifting a toddler for six weeks, Sculpt is what you wear in the meantime. And if you decide you don't need surgery at all, that's fine too.

How do I wash it?

Wash cold by hand or on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, then air dry. Do not tumble dry or use fabric softener. Follow the care label supplied with your brief.

When will I see a difference, and what if it is not for me?

The moment it's on. That's the whole point. It won't tighten your skin or change your body over time, and we won't pretend it will. It changes how your clothes sit, today. If it's not right for you, see our returns policy.
